Edward Baim is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Baim Enterprises, a 9 unit McDonald’s franchise headquartered in Cherry Hill, NJ.  Mr. Baim has been with the McDonald’s system for more than 35 years.  His stores are located in New Jersey, Philadelphia and the Western Philadelphia suburbs. Ed was a member of the National Leadership Council until December 2007 and served as Co-President of the McDonald’s Association of Owner/Operators – Greater Philadelphia Region through December 2004. He also served for more than 15 years on the Owner Operator National Advertising Committee of McDonald’s Corporation and has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Region.  Currently, Mr. Baim has concentrated his efforts on Real Estate with a focus on acquisition, renovation, and disposition of commercial and residential property. His deep experience in business and finance has made him an excellent resource for those clients in need of consulting in these areas.

 Ed lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and enjoys traveling, cooking, sports and spending time with his grandchildren.
