Ellen joined Elite SEM Inc, a NYC-based digital marketing agency, in July 2012 and has served as the Director of Finance since October 2013. Ellen has over 25 years of financial management and reporting experience, having served for over nine years as the CFO and Executive Vice President of RAIT Financial Trust, a NYSE-listed real estate investment trust.  During Ellen’s tenure at RAIT, the company grew to over $1 billion in market capitalization and was among the first group of “accelerated filers” who were required to comply with the stringent internal control and financial reporting requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley.  Prior to RAIT’s IPO in 1998, Ellen served as the CFO of a national property management company and practiced public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand.

Ellen lives in Villanova, PA with her two children and two puppies and enjoys music and spending time at the Jersey shore.
